Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Who we are
This website is operated by [Isabel Prosser], trading as Rain Coded, Avon Point, 12 Feeder Road, Bristol, [BS2 0PW], United Kingdom. Contact: rain.coded@outlook.com. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Rain Coded. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree that the details you give us at checkout are accurate and complete.

3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation, and the contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change at any time, though changes don’t affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you order. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you. Discount codes can’t be combined or applied after purchase unless we say otherwise.

5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen with carriers or customs. Every order ships with tracking. You’re responsible for giving a correct delivery address; we can’t be responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you provided. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.

6. Product information
Our jackets change colour where water makes contact. The pattern and intensity depend on how much water hits and where, so results vary and yours may differ from what you see on this site or our social channels. Some images and videos are digitally created or enhanced and are for illustration. Colours can also look different depending on your screen. Follow the care instructions supplied with your item; damage caused by ignoring them isn’t a fault.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Problems and disputes
If something’s wrong with your order, email rain.coded@outlook.com first and we’ll reply within 48 hours. Please give us the chance to fix it before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or while we’re actively resolving your issue, may lead us to contest it with the evidence we hold and to refuse future orders.

9. Intellectual property
The Rain Coded name, logo, designs, images, videos and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or resell them without written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders, or buying for resale without our agreement.

11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, weren’t caused by our breach, or are business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Events outside our control
We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather or supplier shortages. If a delay is significant, we’ll contact you and you can cancel for a refund.

13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
